For more complex project, like website design, we will aim to deliver the project within five working days.

I need something designed yesterday. Can you help me?

We haven’t invented a time machine (yet), but we can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our schedule is.

I don't know where to start. Can you help me?

Don’t worry. Simply call us on 0208 4409 213. We'll listen to your needs and advise you on available options. You will see that having the right people to help you makes everything much easier.

How does your design process work?

We first discuss your needs, target market, and planned uses for design. We then ask for samples of your existing artwork that you like or dislike, to get an idea of your taste. You might already have a design concept in mind. Or have no idea what you want. Either way, we make sure we've collected enough information before we begin work.

What do you need from me to start a project?

We need you to tell us about your needs by filling in a short questionnaire, designed specifically to help us understand your needs. We will then go away and create the artwork based on your brief. Then we expect you to provide a sincere feedback. If you are not happy with this design, we will ask you to provide appropriate feedback indicating where errors have been made and we will then provide a second design without further charge to you.

We will do our best to make sure that you are happy with the designs we produce.

What is the client's involvement in the design process?

We thoroughly discuss the project with our client from the beginning. The starting point is completing our briefing form which has been specifically designed to help us understand your needs. We encourage clients to show us any samples, colour combinations, and ideas they may have. During the review process, the client is asked to approve the design. At the conclusion of a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats.

How do I check on the progress of my job during the design process?

You will be kept abreast of the progress of your job through our review process. We find that this process keeps you involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication. In the meantime, you can always give us a call in to get an update.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept business and personal cheques, bank transfers, BACS payments, PayPal and credit card payments made via Project Eleven website.

How do I get my content to you?

If it is text, you can email it over in a 'Word' or 'Notepad' document. Ideally this will be written by the person who knows your business best - you.

Images can be sent by email too if they have been 'zipped' with WinZip or similar.

If you do not have your own images, we select some suitable images from various image stock websites.

How will I receive my design files once the project is finished?

A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. We will deliver your design files in a way that suits you best. Usually that means accessing your files via the FTP download links as you can access your artwork instantly. Depending on the file size we can also send it to you via email or send you a CD with all the files. We also keep a copy of your project on our file for any future updates or should you lose your copy.

In what format will my design be supplied to me?

We can provide you with pretty much any format you need. Some of the most popular and useful eps, pdf, tiff, jpg. The final output format will also depend on the destination of the artwork, as different media require different quality and formats, and we will prepare for the best result. For the web - gif, jpeg, png, swf. For print - pre-press pdf, tiff, eps, ai, psd. Other media - bitmap, pdf, swf and more.

How quickly can I get my website online?

We can usually get a site designed and published online within FIVE working days if we have all the website content from you from the start. Quite often the main thing holding up the design process is content, so the quicker you can get all the content to us the quicker we can finish off the project and get your website online.

The website project is finished but I need to change some of the content. What do I do?

After the website is finished, small updates (for example adding or replacing a paragraph of text or an image on a page, or changes required to reflect new contact details) are free of charge. Generally, we won’t charge you for any updates or changes to your website that require up to 30 minutes of our work per month.

If you need any more changes, this might mean starting a new project. The best thing is to contact us and discuss your needs. We will always advise before starting work you if the changes required by you will mean extra charges.

If I commission a design project with Project Eleven who owns the copyright and intellectual property rights?

We retain the copyright on all designs we produce until payment is received in full. On receipt of final payment we release all intellectual property rights on the design and copyright is yours. We reserve the right to feature the work in our portfolio and our own self-promotional material. We also retain full copyright of the computer source files used to create your design.

What if I don't like the end result?

We have created our step-by-step design process to ensure that you are absolutely happy with the finished project. Our design will incorporate information you gave us in the briefing document. At the review stage we will ask for your honest feedback and we can then amend the design based on your needs.
